Linda and Emerson signed up for an OAT tour called "Ancient Kingdoms: Thailand Laos Cambodia Vietnam.

We flew in a day early to help with the 13 hour time difference and just in case there were any delays getting there. Our route took us from Dallas to Seoul, about a 12 hour flight and then on to Bangkok all on Korean airlines.

This is our trip route. After the regular trip we opted to do the post trip extension to Hanoi and the Hill Tribes of Northern Vietnam. We left Dallas on January 15 and returned on February 11.

Our one stop from DFW was in Seoul at a beautiful terminal. We had to look very carefully at the trees to see that they were not living. The airport also had lots of carts driving around all playing a short section of "Clare de Lune" over and over again, very annoying.
